Yasmin Shariff - Founder
As President, Yasmin provides overall leadership and direction for the Foundation’s mission, programs, and partnerships. She works closely with local stakeholders, advisors, and partner organizations in Gilgit-Baltistan to ensure every initiative is community-driven, culturally grounded, and sustainable. Her role includes overseeing program design, managing cross-border coordination and shaping the Foundation’s values and identity.
Ayaan Rajan - Strategy and Creative
Ayaan leads the Foundation’s strategic planning, communications, and creative direction. He oversees our web presence, media content, and storytelling, ensuring that every message reflects our mission with clarity and purpose. As one of the Foundation’s directors, Ayaan brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to shaping ideas and turning vision into action.
Salima Noormohamed - Executive Director
Salima leads the organization’s operational strategy, overseeing program implementation, internal management, and coordination with local and international partners. As Secretary of the Board, Salima also manages the Foundation’s governance structure. Her role is central to maintaining institutional accountability and transparency as the Foundation grows.
Nazim Merali - Treasurer
Nasim Merali serves as the Treasurer of the Dolly Hope Foundation and sits on the Board of Directors. He is responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s financial strategy, budgeting, and fiscal accountability, ensuring that all funds are managed transparently and aligned with the organization’s mission.
